Swarthout Names Campaign Manager

David L. Swarthout candidate for the 84th District of the Wisconsin Assembly has announced the appointment of Georg Josef Tillmann as his campaign manager.
Tillmann is a retired business professional. In his career he managed numerous large projects. These projects were in the challenging area of the computerization of business functions. During the later stages of his business life he was a self-employed business consultant specializing in helping the small business owner computerize operations.
He joins a group of highly-dedicated people who have but one goal in mind, putting a very dedicated Conservative Republican into office working for your interests and goals.
