Local Hales Corners Resident Opens New Home Care Business

SYNERGY HOMECARE OPENS NEW OFFICE IN GREENFIELD, WISCONSIN

New Owner brings more than 25 years experience!

Greenfield, WI – (May 3rd, 2010) – Synergy HomeCare, one of the nation’s leading home care providers launched the newest office at 4810 South 76th Street, with a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony on Monday May 3rd.

The new Synergy HomeCare office is situated near Layton Avenue on 76th Street, just south of

The Olive Garden. The Greenfield office is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday providing care services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. “Our mission; to ensure that each and every person receives unique and dignified care”, said Ruth Busalacchi, owner of the new Synergy HomeCare of Milwaukee County. “From senior care to individuals with cognitive disabilities, help for those suffering from debilitating illnesses and injuries, to aiding expectant moms; we are pleased to provide expert care.” Service is available in the Milwaukee area and surrounding Suburbs, such as Greenfield, Greendale,

Hales Corners, New Berlin, Franklin, West Allis, West Milwaukee, and all suburbs south of Milwaukee.

Ruth,a resident of Hales Corners and a former Director for Special Needs Services, has over 25 years of experience leading residential programs in Wisconsin, Minnesota, New York, and Connecticut. But it was her personal experience that inspired her to start her own business. Ruth’s father suffered from Parkinson’s disease and Dementia for eight years. During that time, Ruth acted as the unofficial Care Coordinator for both her father and mother. “It was a humbling experience; to suddenly become the family who needed the very same support that I delivered in my professional life.” It was her Father’s wish to prolong or prevent a move from his home. With a mix of professional and family support, his wish was fulfilled.

“It occurred to me that many families do not have the knowledge or resources, to properly advocate for their loved one during such a vulnerable time in their life.” “Therefore, it was important to me, that I run a business that values the role of the family members and loved ones.”

Advocacy is supported by Synergy HomeCare through a program that offers complimentary ongoing education for the clients and their family members. In addition, anyone who wants to learn more about in-home care or the resources available will receive a complimentary in-home assessment within

12-24 hours.
