Menomonee Falls and Cudahy Scrub-A-Dub Locations Now Sudz Wash and Lube

Jan. 4, 2014

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (January 3, 2014) – Two Scrub-A-Dub car wash facilities, one located in Cudahy and the other in Menomonee Falls, have been updated and renamed as Sudz Wash and Lube. Remaining under the same ownership, the two locations join Sudz Wash and Lube Franklin, which opened just over a year ago at 7700 W. Rawson Ave. The name change reflects the owners’ commitment to continue delivering premier wash and oil change services to customers in the greater Milwaukee area with the latest car wash innovations.

Nearly 40 years ago, Marilyn Schlosser opened the first Scrub-A-Dub at 5506 S. Packard Ave. in Cudahy. After 15 successful years in the business, she opened another Scrub-A-Dub at N95 W18255 Appleton Ave. in Menomonee Falls. Her son and daughter, David and Barb Ausloos, joined the operation five years ago. As the former owner of Badgerland Car Wash Equipment Company, David Ausloos’ extensive experience designing and installing car wash equipment has proven to be a great asset. Since then, the group has collectively operated the two thriving locations, providing top-notch service and customer incentives such as free vacuums with purchases.

In December 2012, David Ausloos took the business to the next level by opening a state-of-the-art facility in Franklin. “A blighted corner on Rawson Avenue presented the perfect opportunity to build a vibrant business right in the heart of the Franklin community,” said Ausloos. “We spent years refining every detail for the new location to guarantee our customers the finest car wash and oil change experience. We chose a new name, Sudz Wash and Lube, to highlight all our work and set it apart as the leading car wash and oil change facility.”

Sudz Wash and Lube Franklin has proven to be just that. The facility offers the latest in car wash equipment, including high-pressure washing systems, 200 horsepower dryers, and high-power vacuums. They have certified technicians ready to perform full-service oil changes, and have even initiated Unlimited Wash Programs to maximize value for frequent wash customers.

Uniting the Franklin, Cudahy and Menomonee Falls centers under the Sudz Wash and Lube name, the dedicated owners have advanced their mission to provide the best car wash in town. “What began as a single, modest car wash has grown into a sophisticated, three-facility operation,” said Schlosser. “I’m thrilled to see all the growth and innovation taking place, and we look forward to continue providing quality service at all three Sudz Wash and Lube locations.”
