Summer Reading Program Kick-Off Party At The Hales Corners Library

June 11, 2011

Monday, June 13th, 12:30 to 3:00 p.m.

Start your summer vacation with a stop at the Hales Corners Library for the Kick-Off Party & Ice Cream Social. Ice Cream Sundaes will be sold ($3) in the Hunt Room on the lower level. Enjoy yummy custard from Culver’s and support the summer reading programs! There will also be face-painting, tattoos, and t-shirt painting (bring along a white t-shirt).

The theme of this year's Summer Reading Program is "One World, Many Stories." Registration for the reading clubs begins on Friday, June 10th, and can be done during regular hours of service at the Reading Club table located in the Children’s area of the Library. Earn prizes for reading! There are clubs for all ages, preschool through adult.
