THEFT

1A $95 purse containing a driver's license, a Social Security card, and four credit cards was stolen from an unlocked van parked inside an unlocked garage in the 10100 block of West College Avenue between 6:30 p.m. Dec. 27 and 1:30 p.m. Dec. 28. Fraudulent purchases were made on two credit cards at four different gas stations.

2A bench was stolen from a residential driveway in the 10400 block of West Grange Avenue between the late evening hours of Dec. 28 and the morning hours of Dec. 29.

3A $300 purse containing an $80 wallet, a Master Card and a checkbook and two $400 smartphones was stolen from an unlocked car parked at Xperience Fitness, 5321 S. 108th St., between 12:15 and 1:15 p.m. Dec. 29.

4An $800 laptop computer, a computer case and a $20 cooler was stolen from a locked car parked at the Open Flame Restaurant, 5081 S. 108th St., between 6:30 and 8:30 p.m. Dec. 29. A window was smashed to gain entry.

DRUG POSSESSION

5A 33-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop in the parking lot at Kmart, 5600 S. 108th St., at 4:30 a.m. Jan. 5.

OTHER

6A 31-year-old Greenfield man was arrested for operating after revocation and eluding an officer when he fled police after an officer tried to pull him over in the 11100 block of West Grange Avenue at 12:35 a.m. Jan. 1. The man led police on a pursuit from the 12000 block of Grange Avenue to the 5500 block of South Monaco Place where he was taken into custody.

7A 19-year-old Milwaukee man was cited for underage drinking after the car he was riding in was pulled over for a traffic violation in the 5100 block of South 108th Street at 1:10 a.m. Jan. 1.

Hales Corners police assisted with four rescue calls and one fire call between Dec. 24 and Jan. 6.
