Hales Corners Police Report: July 10, 2014 issue

July 8, 2014


1 Two unidentified males robbed Tri City Bank, 5555 S. 108th St., at about 11:50 a.m. June 30. The suspects, described as black males, stole an undisclosed amount of money and were last seen heading northbound on South 110th Street in a red or maroon Blazer.


2 A woman's wedding ring was stolen at Xperience Fitness, 5319 S. 108th St., at 4:45 p.m. July 2.

3 A GPS unit was reported stolen out of a vehicle in the 9200 block of West Grange Avenue at about 1:55 p.m. July 5.

Drug possession

4 A 22-year-old Hales Corners man was arrested for possession of marijuana at Tri City Bank, 5555 S. 108th St., at about 12:20 p.m. July 2, while an officer was investigating a suspicious occupied vehicle.

Drunken driving

5 A 37-year-old Hartford man was arrested for drunken driving (third offense) on West Grange Avenue and South New Berlin Road at about 6:45 p.m. June 30. A chemical breath test indicated a blood alcohol content of 0.09.


6 A woman was transported to St. Luke's Hospital after her car struck a light pole on West Forest Home Avenue and West Scharles at about 3:25 p.m. July 3.


7 A 21-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for passing counterfeit $10 and $20 bills at Jetz Mart, 6101 S. 108th St., at about 8:05 a.m. July 5. According to police, the man passed the counterfeit bills on multiple occasions at two local businesses.

·Hales Corners police responded to one domestic violence call and assisted with three rescue calls and one fire call between June 30 and July 6.
