Police Report: Jan. 28

ROBBERY

1A male asked to purchase a drink at Papa Murphy's Pizza, 5770 S. 108th St., and when the employee opened the cash register, the male grabbed money out of the cash drawer and ran out of the restaurant about 5:45 p.m. Jan. 26. The suspect is described as an unshaven white male.

THEFT

2Five copper downspouts, valued at $125, were stolen at Boerner Botanical Gardens, 9400 Boerner Drive. The thefts occurred sometime in the last several weeks, and were reported Jan. 20.

3Change was stolen from the center console of an unlocked vehicle in the 10600 block of West Scharles Avenue between the late evening hours of Jan. 21 and 9:20 a.m. Jan. 22.

4Two wheel grids, valued at $500 each, were stolen from Piller's Auto Repair, 11510 W. Janesville Road, between 2 and 8 a.m. Jan. 23.

DRUNKEN DRIVING

5A 56-year-old Hales Corners man was arrested for drunken driving after he drove his vehicle into a snow-filled ditch at 121st Street and Parkview Lane about 6:05 p.m. Jan. 25. His blood-alcohol content was unavailable at the time of the report.

6A 31-year-old Muskego man was arrested for drunken driving, second offense, after a caller reported a possible intoxicated driver at McDonald's, 6000 S. 108th St., about 2:45 a.m. Jan. 26. His BAC was unavailable.

· Hales Corners police assisted with three rescue calls between Jan. 20 and Jan. 26.
