Allyse Mervin of Greendale earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Midwestern University in Downer's Grove, Ill.

Victoria Hart of Franklin earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies from St. Francis University in Fort Wayne, Ind. She will be employed at Infinity Health Care emergency rooms, including Columbia St. Mary's in Milwaukee. Hart is a 2006 graduate of Greendale High School and a 2009 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Erica Dillig of Franklin earned her bachelor's degree in health promotion from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in August.

Sarah Jaskie of Franklin earned a $500 scholarship from the Alumnae Association of the Milwaukee Normal School-Milwaukee Girls' Trade and Technical High School. Her grandmother, Mary Jaskie, is a graduate of the high school. Sarah is a 2012 graduate of Franklin High School and a freshman at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee majoring in art history.

SCHOOLSCENE

Kertwon Pierce, a 2012 graduate of Oak Creek High School, earned a $250 Ultimate Share Scholarship from BloodCenter of Wisconsin. Oak Creek High School won the award for collecting the most blood during the month of their drive in competition with other high schools holding drives. Pierce is a student at Milwaukee Area Technical College.
