Cappuccino Cookies – New for 2012
In April of this year, I blogged about a positively delicious cookie from Tidy Mom’s site. I had no idea that I would love this recipe so much. It is super-simple yet looks & tastes impressive. How impressive, you ask? How simple, you wonder? Impressive and simple enough to make its way onto my 12 Cookies of Christmas list for 2012.
I had mentioned the square cookie cutter she uses for hers. I did purchase a cutter but then realized something… the “perfect” size for a standard cookie isn’t always perfect for a Christmas cookie tray. So, I ended up cutting them in half diagonally and then they were the prefect size. Once again I simply put melted white baking chips in a zippy bag to drizzle on the topping. Truly a perfect cookie, especially for the coffee lovers in your life!
