State Senator Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin) represents parts of four counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Walworth. Her Senate District 28 includes New Berlin, Franklin, Greendale, Hales Corners, Muskego, Waterford, Big Bend, the town of Vernon and parts of Greenfield, East Troy, and Mukwonago. Senator Lazich has been in the Legislature for more than a decade. She considers herself a tireless crusader for lower taxes, reduced spending and smaller government.

2012 State of Wisconsin Fiscal Report, $108.7 Million Available for Rainy Day Fund

The Wisconsin Department of Administration issued the State of Wisconsin Annual Fiscal Report.  At the close of the 2011-12 fiscal year there is a $108.7 million available to deposit in the rainy day fund.  The $108.7 million is the largest deposit to the state rainy day fund in our state’s history.
