State Senator Mary Lazich (R-New Berlin) represents parts of four counties: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, and Walworth. Her Senate District 28 includes New Berlin, Franklin, Greendale, Hales Corners, Muskego, Waterford, Big Bend, the town of Vernon and parts of Greenfield, East Troy, and Mukwonago. Legislative Audit Bureau Releases Financial Audit of State of Wisconsin

Today, the Legislative Audit Bureau (LAB) released the annual financial audit of the State of Wisconsin. The audit reveals state agencies administered almost $15 billion of federal financial assistance during fiscal year 2010-11. $2.8 billion was received through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The LAB finds overall state agencies have complied with federal grant requirements and recommends 58 ways to improve administering federal funds.
