Goodnight everyone, and this weekend, don't over-exert

It's Friday night. Time to unwind with our regular Friday night feature on This Just In.

The weekend has finally arrived.

The sun has set.

The evening sky has erupted.

Let's smooth our way into Saturday and Sunday….and this week, Monday.

Tonight, some work-related music to segue into the holiday weekend.

Let's get started...

She's 52 now.

When Sheena Easton's baby gets off that morning train and arrives at the workplace, he must understand that he belongs to a very special fraternity made popular in the movie, “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” This year, the production enjoyed a Broadway revival. At the Tony Awards, a memorable selection was introduced by the film’s star, Robert Morse.

In my early 20’s, a major love in my life, Mary Stott played the role of Rosemary Pilkington at a community theater in Elm Grove.

For a few weeks, night after night, and even some matinees, I sat in an auditorium and watched as my girl was kissed by some other guy playing J. Pierrepont Finch. What a sweetheart Mary was. I believe she's still living and working in Paris. Mary, if you see this, drop me a note, S'il vous plaît.

Back to our theme...

This edition of “Goodnight Everyone” is dedicated to all who work their fingers to the bone.

That's all for this installment.

Goodnight.

Sleep well.

To close, we’ll slow it down real nice with Jeff Kashiwa.

Do enjoy your three-day weekend.
