Senator Lazich has been in the Legislature for more than a decade. She considers herself a tireless crusader for lower taxes, reduced spending and smaller government.

Boater safety class scheduled for Muskego

The Muskego Police and Parks and Recreation Departments will hold a boater safety class June 15-18, 2011, at Lake Denoon Middle School. The class is scheduled from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM each day.

A boater safety class is required for anyone born after 1988 to legally operate a boat or personal watercraft. Besides a citation, not taking a boater safety class can have serious consequences.  According to U.S. Coast Guard statistics, nearly four out of five people killed by Wisconsin boating accidents did not take a formal boater safety class.
